I was advised by someone at the meeting that I should
save my money as the company is virtually worthless, and that we should all be thankful to even see $5.25.

LOL. Why would that someone ever impart that advice to you? I guess his "appraisal" implies that ACTL is willing to pay $20 million for a "worthless" company. Now, who was this someone? Well, if he was a fellow shareholder, and he voted to accept $5.25 per share, wouldn't you think he'd be a bit biased in any objective assessment of the value of this company.

If I read anything into that someone's comment is that that someone is quite insecure whether he did the best thing in accepting the $5.25 per share. If I were that someone, and if I accepted $5.25 per share, I think I would have wished you good luck, but the price ACTL is paying is a fair price. But he didn't. It seems more like he was attempting to intimidate you into accepting the $5.25 offer, which is what most likely will be the next communication we receive -- another last chance offer to accept $5.25 per share BEFORE it starts costing ACTL more money. JMO.
