Minutes of the November 2, 2000 Open Society Meeting:
Mr. Marwah has requested I post these open society minutes. I will not make a regular practice of maintaining these minutes. Mr. Marwah and Mr. Rogers have been so critical of my preparation of these minutes, that in the future I demand that they prepare them in the future.
Mr. Marwah convened the open society meeting at international square with Mr. Krim in attendance. Mr. O'neill made his usual unsatisfactory excuses for arriving too late to attend. Mr. Marwah expressed a willingness to form a subcommittee to handle any issues regarding his impeachment. Mr. Marwah wanted to know if Mr. Salerni's demand for impeachment was from the open society OR the open forum. Mr. Marwah also indicated that Mr. Rogers was not the legal counsel for the open society. Mr. Krim indicated that Mr. O'neill was the legal counsel for the open forum, and NOT Mr. Rogers. Mr. Marwah expressed a willingness to meet Mr. Salerni at the Food Factory this weekend. Mr. Krim said he could attend, as his wife is out of town. Any criticisms of these minutes should be posted, as Mr. Krim will not accept any revisions.
