This so called curve fails to take into account the fact that one of Buchanan's relatives live in Palm Beach and that there was a massive spike in Reform Party registrations in the recent past. Also, Palm Beach had an extremely high % of Buchanan voters in 1996.

Throw the garbage that guy called a study in the trash can.
