Ted David... I just watched an interview you had with some bozo who used to be an Under Secretary of the Treasury. Where does your network come up with people like him? Sometimes it seems like you make a conscious effort to make an already bad situation worse. Run this by your sensationalist management and see what they say: The next time you parade some nit wit analyst or guru across your show, have a bug in the corner that shows which stocks he or she is long or short. Forget about where they bought or shorted them, just whether or not they are. It seems to me that your audience ( THE RETAIL INVESTOR) should be aware of the entire story of these crystal ball readers, not just what they want your audience to hear. What you are doing is lining their pockets by giving their particular opinions credence because they appear on your show. Better yet, pick any three members of Silicon Investor and have them discuss the same topics with any of the "experts" you find worthy of commenting on your show and I would venture to guess that the experts would like silly.
