is anyone here savant on importance of DUE BILLS placed on stock confirmations between the record date and the distribution date in a company issuing a stock dividend;does the company,transfer agent,or brokerage determine the last day one can buy and still get dividend;is the stock reduced by the amount of the dividend automatically the next day--i once thought i knew the answers but i now feel similar to some recent voters in PALM BEACH
