Dean, are you using any alerts - to compute things tick by tick, vs. filters? I added a few this week, and none of them work properly. The built-in trailing high/low alerts are supposed to be 30-min highs/lows, they give me a meaningless, seemingly random string of symbols (not 30-min highs/lows). Often, the same symbol will appear as both a high, and a low within a second or two... even though the 30min high and low are actually several points away.

I also put added an alert for a small group of (~40) stocks that I want to monitor for alarms. All week, I've been entering alert prices in the "High" and "Low" alert fields for each of those stocks individually (Edit/Set Alerts -- "Set Alert and Reference Values for Symbol or Group" dialog box) and trying to get this to work properly.
For this one, using an alert log I'd like to have the symbol appear whenever the price for that issue goes above/below the pre-set alert threshold. Instead, I'm getting symbols (from the correct group) but seemingly random.. they are not symbols where prices have triggered the alert levels. My S&P Comstock datafeed's ok, and the charts generated match those in RT-III, AT Financial, etc.

All I could get out of Neovest, after a 24-hour wait is, "there's nothing wrong with our Alerts in v4 of FA". Neither one of their techs had any clue on how I might go about debugging this, I am high and dry as far as what is going on.
