Sue the bustards -g- ... from the outside looking in, i say yes to recount, no to revote unless you revote the whole election nationwide, that's the only way it can be fair imho

.. but the electoral college doesn't necessarily have to vote lockstep with the official vote count from 'their' states, does it?
