'duh' is one of twisters more articulate ways of saying 'yes'. But he daren't say yes because that would be giving trading advice, and he's not licensed for that. Also, it lets him later claim that 'duh' really meant no, as the price blasts back through its high in a week or so. P. (P.S. I'm not licensed to carry a brain, never mind giving out stock trading advice).
