Dave, I heard the same conference call. Coming from the short side, I can tell you that I wa really unimpressed. I only wish there were more shares to short.

Regarding a partner or financing, these are old stories. When you listen, you should try to eliminate the wishful thinking. They are "trying" and they "believe they will get it." Can you imagine a statement like that from them? This after they told you definitely positively they would be producing oil by now and that it would pay for everything, that they have enough money on hand. We know how truthfull all this was, so you can guess about the partner or financing.

That was a good ploy, your shares are worth more than $100. Feel good? Wanna buy some from me for $20?

Asensio ambushed Rendall, Ill give you that. BTW, he did not answer the question (of who did the study). When he said he would not answer qustions w/specific co.'s he was referring to the partners or financing i.e. mobil, shell etc. Could you imagine asking Mobil or Shell if they are in negotiations with solv and the replied "Who?" I think he couldve answered Asensio if he had an answer that could've hed on its own i.e. pace consulting did those figures based on SOLV's info supplied to Pace. see the lawsuit.

And David, in your last 3 paragraphs you are already saying that SOLV will anounce a deal with Shell, Mobil or Rasio. Please dont say that if its not true. It will not happen.

Finally,
**** Did anyone hear or can confirm that STEVE LANGE is looking (or did) step down.**** Can anyone confirm this?

Good Luck,
racer
