Here is another reference table. The 2nd and 3rd column show the earnings estimates in October 1998. The 4th column shows the price for each stock on 10/9/98 - this is the start of the upward move culminating in March of 2000. The 5th and 6th columns show the latest First Call earnings estimates going forward. The 7th column is today's closing prices. Note the different totals at the bottom of the columns.
