Interesting alternative. I doubt the founding fathers ever contemplated this possibility. I'm not sure what would happen if the Electoral College tried to meet without the Florida delegation, and I'm sure the constitution doesn't address it. No doubt there would be more lawsuits, and these would go to the US Supreme Ct. I sure hope we never know the answers to these questions. Carl
