I disagree. Let's talk after 2 more earnings period for the entire market. Data already being discussed for calendar Q4 show earnings compressions, and far more warnings. The average earnings increase is way down from Q4. If earnings drive the market (a la Peter Lynch) and earnings growth is good but LESS than previous quarters, you'll see exactly what your experiencing now. Where she stops is anyone's guess. What's a reasonable PE for AMCC? I guess we'll find out soon (I hope). Steve
