Yes, I believe what I wrote. Which part do you disagree with? As for the judge, yes, she probably should have recused herself, but does it really matter? They could have found someone else who would have issued the same order. And remember, most if not all the members of the Florida Supreme Court are Democrats. Thus you can expect a string of rulings in favor of Gore, should he choose to pursue it. On the other hand, I can envisions all sorts of maneuvering to try to get the case to the US Supreme Court where most are Republicans. I can envision a court ordered re-vote. I can envision a boycott by Republicans. I can envision multiple delegations from Florida claiming to be the valid representatives of the Electoral College. I can envision a country so divided that it will be difficult to put back together. Each day it gets more divided.

Nothing good can come of this,
