Curious, is there a Zabar's in Florida? As for Church's Fried Chicken, as a Southern fried chicken eater, I am willing to go on the record to assert that, in my experience, Church's is more popular with African-American Southerners than with white Southerners. I used to eat Church's because it is better than Colonel Sanders, and when I was in line to buy some usually I'd be the only white person in line. Now I eat Popeye's, which has a multi-ethnic appeal. I assume you are not talking about African-Americans but are using code-speak to imply that Southern Christian whites were more likely to vote for Buchanan than the Jewish residents of Palm Beach.

I am baffled by Buchanan's seeming concession that he did not get those votes - is he conceding that he is anti-Semitic? Or could it be that he just hates George Bush?
