Jill, Did the voters receive a new ballot when they requested a new one? I agree, the courts will want to stay away, but they will be forced to at least review the cases, or deem them without merit out of hand. I would expect the process to proceed rather quickly however, as we all want a just and final resolution... Regarding FUD, I keep thinking how important it would be to me to ensure my vote was counted and recorded accurately. Some of these older people must surely have relatives that fought and died to preserve our democracy. Can you imagine how they feel right about now?
