No I am not eligible to vote yet, I will be in the next election though.
There is no 'official' determination but I'm pretty sure Bush won. That 300 margin isn't going to get changed much by a recount unless someone cheats. The absentee ballots will favor Bush because they are mainly from the US armed forces overseas.
Yes I agree CNN has no power in deciding who's President.
I don't need the media to tell me who has won. I look at the facts: 300 votes over Gore, after two counts, that's satisfication enough for me that Bush is beating Gore before absentee ballots.
As I say before, I believe the absentee ballots will favor Bush.
If my premise holds true, then Bush will win.
