asenna1: Most of the extremists on this thread could care less that with Bush there's nobody home. They don;t care that he lied about his arrest record. They don't care that the guy has done nothing without Poppy's help. They don;t care that he's lost the national popular vote or that Florida has been stolen from Gore.
They appear to believe that Bush offers an opportunity to ram any number of extremist policies down the country's throat, beginning with a pro-coathanger Supreme Court. Personally, I don't think Bush cares enough about anything to really pursue a lot of that stuff, but beyond that, the plain fact is that a Bush Administration, should it happen, will be DOA. It will have no authority. No sway in congress. And a huge number of citizens will consider it illegitimate.
The question will be: How is he going to address that? M2
