For those who would like to see Hillary win in a Presidential campaign, having Bush win could be useful.

I disagree. Bush is planning on using the Reagan strategy of giving a huge across the board tax cut. This will make him very popular, because the impact on the deficit will not be generally understood till about 8 years later.

It worked extremely well for Reagan/Bush, who got away with it for 11 years, until Ross Perot knocked some sense back into the voters minds in 1992.
