Actually it takes a bit more to happen before Denny gets to be Prez. 1st is no candidate gets 270 votes. 2nd it goes to the Congress. The new one not the old one and they vote for the President. But there is a twist. States only get one vote a piece. So the Congressmen/women sit in someone's living room over a beer and decide how their state will vote. 3rd if no Candidate gets 26 states to vote for him it goes to the Senate, not the old Senate but the new Senate. 4th the Senate does not vote for President. They vote for the Vice-President. He is sworn in as Acting-President until the election is either settled by the Supreme Court or there is a new election. 5th.. Say Hello to Acting-President Dick Cheney. 6th If it's a deadlock in the Senate then and only then does Denny get to be Prez.
