We believe that the current FL ballot problem could be linked to BIFS biofiltration and SWOMI equipment tests.

EIGHT years since the last election, and what has changed during those years?

Not much for BIFS - unless you consider SWOMI something new. Keyser said they had been looking for years for some method of "remote monitoring" for the Biofiltration equipment.

And now we have the biggest election mix-up in history - coincidence maybe, or a plot gone wrong - to recyle deicing fluid to Floridians?

Never mind the Gore-Bush lawsuits - we have to find that biofiltration unit and see how many voter and spoiled ballots are in it.

I'll put the KGB team on it.
