Dear Xsquared: I hope they are not ALTERING the ballots, but if what I read is true they appear to be attempting to mind read the voter on the unpunched ballots. Ie is there a small indention in the slot, is there pencil marks? This is AGAINST STATE LAW, a vote requires you PUNCH the hole. Who knows what the voter REALLY thought? I think this is wrong and cant believe it will be allowed to happen. JDN
