Just a Question ..

Since this election still hinges on the
Florida popular vote count; which is a
'statistical' dead heat (ie) they could
re-count the votes 10 times and get 10
slightly different results ..

Is their any possibility/probability/precedent that
Florida would not have 'certified' the election
by Dec 18th in time for the EC vote ?? And if that
is possible/legal what rule set would apply for the
EC vote ?? In other words do we get a President
from the EC vote on Dec 18th if neither candidate
can put together a coallition for the required 270
votes ??
