What you say certainly makes sense (common sense in fact). BUT, Florida law does give judges a lot of discretion in handling ballot readings and in fact, the 1998 Miami mayoral election was decided by a judge based upon looking at ballots and statistical aberrations and that judge overturnned the results of that election. Now, I am not in Florida, but that is what I have read and heard. Am I wrong?
