Fri 10 Nov 2000 News Release
Mr. Stuart Tennant reports
The advisory board has completed its review and recommendations.
The company intends to follow the recommendations of the advisory board and
has already implemented certain of the recommendations as follows:
create geological model of ore reserves;
financing application for flow-through financing;
complete an airborne survey of QR property and selected areas of BV
property;
undertake trenching and road and drill site preparation; and
undertake drilling program as outlined in a report previously prepared by
an internal geological consultant in conjunction with airborne survey.
The advisory board also found some areas of concern regarding issues with
prompt filings of documents with the exchange and/or securities commission.
Also the advisory board notes that the interim president, Dean Mason, CA,
has abstained from voting on issues regarding finance as there is also a
relationship between Mr. Mason and 568674 British Columbia Ltd. This issue
will be resolved as soon as possible.
The advisory board has successfully completed its contracts with the
exception of Robert McMorran who was acting as secretary and has agreed to
complete the documents for the annual general meeting prior to finishing
his term. The board of directors of Big Valley wishes to thank all of these
members for their exceptional work they have done to direct Big Valley
Resources toward its goal of becoming a world-class mining company.
An agreement has been reached with LKB Capital Corp. and Associates to
perform the duties of investor relations for the fee of $5,000 per month
plus an incentive stock option consisting of 100,000 shares at 40 cents,
100,000 shares at 75 cents and 200,000 shares at $1.00.
