fact is this particular butterfly ballot was arranged impoperly such that it is in violation of Florida law.

The fact REALLY IS that this ballot was designed and approved by the democratic Palm Beach supervisor of elections.

The SECOND FACT is that the Palm Beach ballot was provided to both major parties for approval.

Thirdly, Florida LAW has already shown in rulings with lesser elections, that no candidate has the right to having his name appear in particular way. Nor does it guarantee that people WILL vote for the person they want if they are unwilling to spend the time to get their vote correct.

What Florida law DOES guarantee is that all voters will be able to locate and identify their candidate. And that these choices will be clearly defined.

Something that those 7-8 year old test voters were able to display with the Palm Beach ballot, and that I would be ashamed of admitting in public that I couldn't use correctly.

And I'd think you'd be ashamed too.
