no precedent for an injunction to block a hand count.. according an election law expert on cnn last night. no one has ever tried to before... hand counts are commonly done to verify accuracy of results, as verified even by officials in the state of texas... republicans are on thin ice here it seems. I thought they wanted to keep it out of the courts?
