Just gleaned the thread and coudn't find answers to ballot questions that are puzzling me, albeit from a Canadian perspective... 1. Was Palm Beach County the only County in Florida that used the butterfly ballot? If not,why aren't problems simarlar to the Buchanan/Gore confusion hypothesis arising in other Counties? 2. Is it reasonable to conclude that Pat Buchanan reaped 3 times more votes (i.e 3,407) in Palm Beach County than in any other Florida County? If not, is there a compelling case to support that the majority of any wrongly cast votes, favoured either Mr. Bush or Mr. Gore? 3. How many overseas votes are anticipated? Can anyone can direct me to the relevant posts or provide additional info? Thanks in anticipation!
