I am amazed at the willingness to visit the sins of the father on the son with regard to William Daley. It stands in sharp counterpoint to their quick willingness to consider the GW's drunk driving record should not be considered, because HE did it 24 years ago. (We should of course overlook that he withheld disclosure on his own up until last week.)

Btw, how Ann Richards drinking in any way excuses George's actions really quite escapes me.
