CT This is a state issue concerning the disposition of Florida's electoral college votes. If anything in the Constitution is reserved to the states it is the choice of their electors. A federal interference would and absolutely should provoke an incredible constitutional crisis. This will turn out to be a disaster for the Republican party unless they withdraw the suit immediately.
