Not really.

The one that could be more gov't, more control would be universal health care. I don't know how it would be implemented, or how it would be funded. It would also have to promote a healthy, profitable health care industry. But, it is sad that so many millions of adults and children suffer due to health problems and daily pain which could be helped.

Very few are for more control by the gov't. Here is my list again, with added info about "more control" or "less control" or "as is".

- pro-choice = less gov't control over our lives.
- pro-environment = more control, thank God.
- anti-affirmative action = less control.
- pro-same sex legal partnerships = less control.
- pro-Cuban Embargo = same as is.
- anti-School Vouchers = both more and less. Would require increased taxes.
- anti-legal aid to felons = less control.
- pro-death penalty = less control (can't control the dead)
- pro-Israel = same as is.
- pro-using military to maintain the peace = neutral.
- quasi pro-UN = same as is.
- pro-Hate Crime laws = more control, thank God.
- pro-universal health care-especially for children,
pro-more spending for child support services = more control.
- anti-gun registration = less control.
- pro-using assassination as part of foreign policy = neutral.
- pro-using federal funds for abortion = less control.
- pro-promoting family planning overseas = neutral.
- anti-televangelists, and fortune tellers = who isn't?
