Sounds like it's a case of what goes around comes around. The only way to get this reviewed by the United States Supreme Court, perhaps years from now, unfortunately, is to present a federal question at the state level, and if you lose, appeal to the Supremes. Gee, I wonder what Rehnquist, Thomas, Scalia, O'Connor, Kennedy and Souter will think of this? -g-
