JK: I think we may see a resolution to the election mess sooner than later... The announcement by the Bush Campaign to try and get an injunction against the hand counts in several Florida counties came as a surprise since this would be done by a team of Republicans, Democrats and election supervisors... If the injunction request is denied, we could get a final count by this Friday when the absentee ballots are also counted... After that, I think both campaigns will stand by the counts... If this scenario plays out we could see a relief rally start next Friday or the Following Monday... Look at S&P 500 1394 and NDX 3100 as critical resistance points... Jim
