I take exception to your critisism of VLNC. Out of 15 licensees they are the only one to produce commercial quantities of the batteries. I do not think you are giving them the credit they deserve, and especially Lev. What about the other companies? They have failed at their task completely.

I also want to reiterate that Telecordia did major MAJOR DD, regarding this transaction. Heck, the deal has been working for a couple of quarters.

And nobody asked a follow-up question to Lev, asking when he will be retiring, he alluded to his departure.
