Victor, only an imprudent investor would buy this stock, a recent ipo, without looking at what was about to be dumped into the float.

In an earlier post in response to the statement that there is always this kind of insider selling in these kinds of issues you claimed
not like this.
Public float is growing fast.

You’ve got to be kidding....I suspect you know better....take a look at any hot ipo that floats 7 million shares and tell me again that this one is so different....from what I can tell there is almost always a massive increase in the public float after lockup expiration. There is absolutely nothing unusual about this whatsoever.

I agree with your statement that the public float is increasing...yes, this may put short term downward pressure on the share price, but over the longer term imo the larger float is preferable. Distribution from insiders to the houses is the name of the game at this stage and institutional holdings are increasing. I don’t know exactly who’s buying or selling on a day to day basis or what the proper value for this stock is, but while your call for caution has some merit, there are always two sides to every story.

discl: long, and not a bag holder.....yet!
