Thanks for you insights, Cash. Yes, I definitely am hoping to stay with the product. You are absolutely correct that any new products would have to go through the evolutionary process and growth pains (hopefully not as severe as Tradestation's have always been! ;).

I'm just very concerned that they may have abandoned their previous policies of providing thoughtful, knowledgeable tech support when you call them - have been getting the "don't know, we'll email (or call) you tomorrow" answer which never happened before. My pal in Texas has also been getting this, a bad omen. If the product had decent baseline documentation - and if it didn't have so many undocumented, subtle anomalies & programming nuances - this wouldn't be so critical. But I simply can't wait 24-48 hours for a non-answer from someone that doesn't even know the program, every time I hit a small roadblock.
