They should be ashamed of their hypocrisy. The only goal of a lawsuit filed to prevent a hand count is to keep D-W-I ahead in Florida. Everyone seems to pretty well accept the fact that Gore won Florida, except for the confusion over the ballot. When individual voters filed suit there was an outcry of don't drag this into the courts by D-W-I's surrogates. Now that the shoe is on the other foot, D-W-I thinks that the courts are a great place to settle disputes. The suit was an incredibly stupid strategic blunder. No court will stop the hand count and D-W-I has now made himself out to be a complete jackass. Bush and his supporters have been total hypocrites during this entire election, so it shouldn't be a surprise to anyone that they would sink a little deeper into the mud to help D-W-I win. James Baker, you should be especially ashamed.
