On TV now the Florida election commission in Tallahasse says there are 96,000 ballots in the state without a selection for president. Many of these have "hangers" or parts of the punchouts that are still attached that were disregarded on the mechanical counter. He says these votes must be looked at and be determined which are vaild counts and which have no punch at all...........this will decide this election, he says.
