I hope you are right. BUT some facts that may make a difference.

1.Florida State Law Governs.
2.Handcounts must be requested within 72 hours.
3.Democrats requested hand counts in 4 mostly Democratic Counties.
4.It appears the GOP did not request any handcounts within the required timeframe.
5.Even with the absentee ballots the handcounts may come out with more votes for Gore.
