Going European style eh? Just stopped by to thank you for the kind words. Also realized I hadn't posted my latest thoughts on SI so figured I better make my newest concerns known. From our board on our site, I posted the following last night........

Well I am fearing our indicator may either be early or we are experiencing a strange phenomenon where this latest rally was in actuality a trigger for a decline. The last possibility is the scariest since it would mean a drop of epic proportion. Let us hope it isn't that and is instead a trigger for a rally that is right while my charts are wrong.

The reason I say the preceding is I just updated the site and the charts look horrible. The DOW stocks look like they are just starting to sell off and many of the other stocks have lower targets as well. INTC has to hold the 35 area or all heck could break loose there. Same with MU having to hold this horizontal 30 support from a few years ago which if violated would drop to my lower fork tine as shown on the chart.

I do have some conflicting signals such as my SFA which shows a short term over sold signal on the daily yet triggered a sell signal on the weekly chart. SUNW is sitting on a mid tine that must hold also or else there is a long way down to next support.

One pattern I see emerging is that many tech stocks have bottomed and are holding up fairly well. We may be seeing the last phase of selling as the last of the high flyers drop to join the same levels of those that preceded them.

I don't have definitive answers at this time and will be scanning the charts this weekend to hopefully get a better feel for what is evolving.

Good Luck,
