Of course you thought Baker made an excellent statement. You are for Bush aren't you? But the real question is are you for the will of the people? There is much greater downside to cutting short a full accounting. Bush's nervous calls to stop any inquiry has a devastating effect on his credibility to lead. He looks like a man that is looking over his shoulder and seeing he is losing ground.

His television appearance was disturbing to say the least. He referred to his wife as First Lady Bush - rather bad form. He was unable to explain the reason he gave the go ahead for filing the injunction in Federal Court. He had to defer all questions to Jim Baker? Who is in charge? Who made this decision? Who is responsible? Does Bush make decisions that he is incapable of explaining? I can't recall hearing a President not understand a decision he has made or to not be able to explain it. I found that appalling.
