Correct Catcher, should every vote cast in St. Louis, Missouri after 7pm (voting went on past midnight) be disallowed? Where is the cry for justice there by Jesse and Mr. Daley? It cost Ashcroft his Senate seat, added to Gore's popular vote and a Federal Court held that those polls were open illegally and yet voting continued well after the polls were ordered closed. Literally busloads of voters showed up after the polls were supposed to close in St. Louis...a very well organized effort. Is there any instance anyone has reported yet of pro-Republican polls being held open beyond statutory times or demands of unfair ballots anywhere? If Florida recounts by hand...hand recounts will end up happening everywhere. In the normal course of elections in this country we count by machine, of course except now, when the powers that be don't like the result.
