Vouchers only got 30% of the vote because we have 50% of the population who thinks the government is the only right answer to everything. The other 20% were scared into voting against the initiative by the millions upon millions of NEA pack dollars tossed at them via commercials.

Marketing works, that's why it's a multi-billion dollar industry.

Until someone rises up with the money to defend the relentless multi-million dollar campaigns of the NEA. Vouchers will probably fail.
