James--This issue has already been addressed. The HOuse will probably wait for resolution of all outstanding states. To do anything else would not play well with the people in those states and for that matter the whole country.

If no resolution occurs before Jan 20, the House would most like elect Speaker of the House Hastert as Acting President and the Senate would pick someone for Acting VP.
