Another argument for the injuction is imagine if every county in America recounted by hand where their were punch or written ballots. That's why they are saying it would be never ending. Bush won the majority of counties in Florida. Imagine if the GOP requested every county in Florida to recount by hand which would definately give the GOP the advantage. The saga would never end. I believe the GOP has requested an Federal injuction because recounting in selective counties would still not make the election in Florida accurate, only selective. Elections are designed to include human error and should not be overturned because of human error. That's why it is the voters responsibility to follow simple instructions. In all fairness every county in Florida would have to be recounted by hand. That is a good and just argument that will hopefully prevail. My only fear is that the Federal judge who they are requesting the injuction from is a Clinton appointee.
