He certainly has an affirmative obligation to bear the consequences if he chooses to conceal any past misdeeds. When he evades response about prior arrests, that is not exactly the most forthright example to be setting for a man that says he wants to bring moral leadership to the White House. Just what lessons do children learn from his actions? That you don't need to be honest unless you are confronted with incontrovertible proof?

So am I to understand that you defend Bush but decry Clinton for his lying about his affair with Monica?
