TOM, Not to be argumentative about your take on the 144 filings but what proof can you offer that any of the filings have been executed ? None of the web sites I rely on show ADOT insiders selling any shares for months. One site shows that Herman sold a few shares the first part of the summer...since then no one shows to have actually executed a sale. I'd appreciate it if you could paste a link to a web site that shows the sales you've been alluding to. I haven't had a position in ADOT for nearly two years so I'm not trying to grind any axes, John
