Once again, your logic defies logic. The motion is for a temp injunction to stop the counting. Now you tell me that the judge wants to wait until Monday, after the coutning has taken place, to decide on a temp injunction to stop an event that has already occured? The judge has made the motion moot with respect to one of the three counties by waiting until Monday.

I think the judge has tipped his hand. Temp injunction hearings are almost always emergency hearings. They are not scheduled events.
