Annette you are correct, there is no doubt another appeal of that count and so on and so forth and so on and so forth...etc....like I say, it ends up at the Supreme Court as a full constitutional crisis if no one gives in. I agree with Volts that there is not much more downside UNLESS foreigners begin to pull their money out of here...then all bets are off...watch the Dollar/Swiss Franc, Dollar/Yen and the US Bond Market for a hint. "Quality Spreads" (long-term/short-term rates and government/corporate spreads) all blew out this week, so foreigners have taken the first step "internally" hedging their $$$ in the US. The next step is withdrawal...that would have serious downside effects. This is not politics, this is my business and it is what is happening. My concern is that once the money leaves the country, is the integrity of the USA so damaged that the overseas money is very slow to come back here? The media keeps talking about the "overseas' vote"..I am concerned about an "overseas' vote" of another ilk, one marked by the sounds of foreign money taking a walk. Don't forget there are TRILLIONS in US Gov't securities held by foreigners. High Stakes.
