John, I usually go by the Yahoo insider filings when checking for insider transactions. I don't know how long the lag time is for reporting actual sales or if they are indeed required to even post actual sales. What I do know is that since Herman's last "reported" sale, he and other insiders/beneficial owners have "filed" to sell 4,441,333 shares. I could be wrong but I think it is a pretty good bet that most if not all of these shares have been dumped into the ever increasing float.
