I think that just might happen, seriously. Most of the states would be exempt, because as part of this divided America phenomena, I think most of the states broke more than 55% for one candidate or the other. But a recount in OR, NM, WI, IA, and NH at a minimum is called for. Tell me, should we get it right or just simply fast? TG
